Austin and HHM are tied..both promos were just talking. Sitting, and talking. Oh, the excitement!
Hylian. Description and action were more exciting than Golf, which is more than I can say regarding Poku..

Poku on this one, I enjoyed the set up, that little comedic bit and the fact he owned that guy into a hole. Hylian seemed to just reiterate what we all know and that he wants to make the company work.

Pappi's promo's kinda sucked, Lupo didn't show, and Tifa's weren't in my liking.

Damian. Joss, I kind of compare you to me. I didn't check out your character to know if you we're going for a comedy approach, or serious, but it seems a little immature. Almost like my character, but...funnier. What I'm trying to say is that your kind of like my old-Mischeif...and does random things. The fighting type of thing is kind of cool (I mean, your 1st..maybe 2nd one...when you shot the guy...)
Hylian vs Mr. Poku
I'm going with Poku on this one. No offense Hylian, but it seemed a bit bland and just kind of obvious. You seemd to just state your the chairman, and the 3rd incarnation of XWE. But I know your going to bounce back, because as chairman you need to sort of state in your first few promos your the...chairman.
Van Samanya vs Wei-Yan
Van can easily be the top star in this incarnation of XWE...without a doubt. Need I say more?
Austin "The Shredder" Sheilds vs The Hardcore Hitman
Shredder did great against HHM. First few weeks it might be hard to get a flow into promos, and this was close between these to, for me, imo. I'll go with Shredder.
