1. All votes are final.
2. Any unfounded complaints against the vote or the person voting is an automatic 1 vote deduction, second offense is forfeit of match and third offense can result in being removed from the card or bannishment from the board.
3. All non-voters are to use strictly the OOC only, to discuss the match results. All official voters are to only post your vote with reasons shown in the designated thread. The OOC is where all discussion about the votes and voting process can be dealt with.
4. Once the votes are in and tallied the results will be posted within the next few days under the News Section.
5. Two people saying the same thing about a match is not a crime. One person may put it best and other voters may have had the same views and simply copied or quoted. Also, there may not be very much to say about the match in general.
6. All questions can be posted in the OOC and will be adressed by the voters. Going back to info spot 2 if any attacks are made etc the appropriate action will be taken.
